iOS handles subscription cancellation directly:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then.
If you reinstall Schema or move to a new device, your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored:
Schema is local-only by design. Your standard, voice recording, video, and rep history are stored on your device and excluded from iCloud Backup so they cannot leave your phone.
This means: if you delete the app, replace your phone, or restore from a backup, that data does not transfer.
We chose this tradeoff so that "nothing leaves your device" is a real architectural fact, not a marketing line. The cost is that your protocol resets on a fresh install. Most users re-onboard in under five minutes.
If this is the wrong tradeoff for you, let us know — we're tracking interest in an optional iCloud Drive sync feature for a future version.
Refunds for App Store purchases are processed directly by Apple, not by us:
Apple's standard refund policy applies. We don't have access to your payment information and cannot process refunds on our end.
If you tapped "Don't Allow" when Schema asked for microphone or camera access, you can re-enable it:
Schema only uses these permissions for recording your voice and video locally. Nothing is uploaded.
If your daily push isn't firing at the train time you locked in:
If it still doesn't fire, email us with your iPhone model and iOS version.
Delete the Schema app. All your local data — standard, recordings, history — is removed with it.
We don't keep a server-side copy because there is no server.
Our Privacy Policy covers everything. The short version: we collect nothing, store nothing on our servers, and do not share or sell any data.
