We build the room where unexpected things can happen.
Power of Life Labs is an independent Venture Factory and R&D Playground.
We explore technologies, behaviours and ideas by turning them into things that can meet the real world.
Some experiments end quickly.
Some leave behind a useful piece of technology, knowledge or infrastructure.
And occasionally, one earns the right to become a company.
Curiosity starts the work. Evidence decides how far it goes.
We believe valuable companies do not always begin with a business plan.
They can begin with an observation, a strange technology, an unresolved behaviour, an annoying problem or a simple question:
What if?
We give those questions enough space to become tangible.
Then we ask harder ones.
Who needs this?
What changes because it exists?
Can it survive outside our imagination?
Is it worth building further?
Exploration opens the door.
Reality decides what stays.
Working software is our research medium.
We do not study ideas from a distance.
We prototype them, use them, put them in front of people and watch what happens.
Software lets an assumption encounter behaviour, technology, distribution and economics early enough to teach us something useful.
What survives becomes stronger.
What fails still leaves something behind.
Depth follows evidence.
We resist the temptation to turn every interesting idea into a startup.
An experiment moves further only when the signal justifies the commitment.
From experiment to product. From product to market. From market to independent business.
What we build next begins with a question.
